Biscuits made by hand in the Alentejo (region in south of Portugal) using old recipes. Prepared with natural ingredients and traditional at the hands of experienced and talented confectioners that with all the dedication and care to make our company the typical "dry cakes" Alentejo with a little size more than usual in the region but with the same flavor of old days, using only natural products with no artificial colors or preservatives are baked in an firewood oven. These are hand packed and tapped the inside of a bag. Contain gluten.
